In our ongoing effort to give back to the community, we recently came across a great non profit called Spare Key.
We checked out SpareKey.org to see what they were all about, what they do to help the community, who else is partnered with them, and more.
After a little bit of research, MinnesotaCountry.com owner Brandon Wallin reached out to Spare Key and inquired about helping them out with a variety of different things.
Brandon spoke with Erich and Jen from Spare Key on a conference call, and they were very interested in the help we at MinnesotaCountry.com could offer, and the variety of things we could do to support them in the near future as well.
It didn’t take long to get the ball rolling! We are currently looking into a variety of different projects to not only raise money, but to raise awareness about Spare Key, and all they do to help out in communities not only in Minnesota, but surrounding states as well.
Stay tuned for more information coming soon!
Below is just a brief mission statement from Spare Key,for more information on everything they do, be sure to check them out at SpareKey.org today!
Spare Key is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping parents with a seriously ill or critically injured child remain part of their son or daughter’s care team in the hospital. We serve families in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, providing housing grant assistance so parents can focus on their child’s recovery.
