The first ever Hitchville Hootenanny Music Festival will be taking place August 14-15 in Danbury, WI featuring some of the best bands the Midwest has to offer! Hitchville, Chris Hawkey, Mindy Miller, Todd Hurst, and Sterns County 17 are already set to play, but there’s an open spot available for one of your favorite bands as well!
Two Trains Productions will be hosting a battle of the bands event! This event will give one lucky band the chance to be the first ever to play the main stage at the new festival! With that said, you’ll want to share this with your favorite bands right away so they have ample time to prepare and enter for this event! You’ll also want to make sure you save the date yourself, as fan interaction will be a huge portion of who gets selected as the winner of the event!

Entry Submission Requirements:
Artists/Bands that are interested NEED to submit a 3-5 minute live performance video. If you have an mp3 you’re able to send, send that along too, but the video is required.
ENTRY DEADLINE: June 25, 2015
From the submissions received, 8-10 artists/bands will be selected and notified as soon as possible.Those who are selected will be required to perform two songs (preferably at least one original) at The Parkway Theatre. Those selected to perform during the battle of the bands event will be judged by a panel of industry professionals. The crowd at this event does matter! Crowd interaction, reaction, and hype will play a major role in who will be chosen as this years winner!
Remember, this event is open to the public for only a $5 cover charge at the door. (Band members are exempt from the cover charge).
