The 2013 Winstock Country Music Festival is set to feature four great local bands during it’s 20th anniversary weekend!
Maiden Dixie, Mitch Gordon and The Unleaded Band, Greg Michaels Band, and DiamondBack are the four that are set to play the festival this year! We are proud to say all four bands our listed on our website as well!
Being one of the top country music festivals in Minnesota, it’s great to see these local artists on the lineup. When asked how it feels to be chosen to play the special 20th anniversary festival, members of the following bands had a few things to say:
Greg from the Greg Michaels Band says,“It was a good feeling to get that call! We’ve been working hard this past year and had our sights set on some cool things for the summer. To be selected to be a part of an awesome lineup at the 20th anniversary of a hot country fest like Winstock is a blessing. We’re excited to bring our show there!”
Jesse Becker from Maiden Dixie says, “Being selected to play Winstock’s 20th anniversary festival is both extremely exciting and humbling for us. Getting to share the same stage with some of country music’s brightest stars and great local bands is definitely something Maiden Dixie is looking forward to in June!”
Mitch from Mitch Gordon and The Unleaded Band says,“It is a great accomplishment of my music career. It feels great to be asked back, and to play on the same stages as some of the big names. I can’t wait for June, it will be the biggest show and stage I have ever played on!”
Brian Lommel from DiamondBack says, “Just a huge honor to be able to play on the same stage as Luke Bryan, Kip Moore, and Dierks Bentley, and to be a part of Winstock’s 20th Anniversary, I think that’s something special. Really looking forward to it!”
As you can tell the bands are more than ready for the festival to begin!
