While you’re here, we ask that you please take a moment to check out some of the brief information below regarding The Chad Edwards Band. They are a great band to have on our site, and we are proud to have them listed!
The Chad Edwards Band is a hard-rocking Minnesota-based Country band. Channeling the Marshall Tucker and Aldean, these guys keep the dial set on dance, all night long.
The set list includes songs by artists such as: Brantley Gilbert, Johnny Cash, Dierks Bentley, Charlie Daniels, The Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Josh Turner, Jason Aldean, Chris Ledeaux and much more.
As the middle child of three, Chad L’Amour Edwards was certainly gifted with the musical talent of the family. Beginning at the early age of 10, Chad started his music ambitions by learning to play the violin. As a young teen, with an electric guitar his older brother bought him, Chad could be heard daily playing and singing in his room. To this day both his parents still hate the song ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’…but, that is another story.
Chad spent most summers at his Grandmother’s ranch in northern California where he developed his love for ‘Country’ music. Inspired by life and circumstances, Chad wrote and produced his first full album of original songs by the age of 19. He organized his first band shortly after and played the Minnesota ‘Club’ venues for many years. Marriage and two beautiful daughters forced music to take ‘second chair’ to work and providing for his family, but his drive for writing and playing the music he loved continued.
Now back on the scene, the National recording and touring artist, guitarist and songwriter is based in Minneapolis and doing what he loves. Never to be mainstream, Chad has his own distinct style, with a voice that has been likened to George Strait, a talent for the fiddle that never fails to shock and a rockin’ show compared to Aldean. Chad’s Band is a bunch of crazy miscreants with a wild love for Joey Nova’s pizza and getting a crowd singing along with every song.
